Payments must be cleared before we will ship. Buyer responsible for any import tariffs their Government impose on goods arriving from the UK.

Orders will ship same day on weekdays if the order is received before 12 noon UK GMT. If later than this then they will definitely ship the next day. Orders recieved after Midday on a Friday and at the weekend will definitely ship on Monday morning, however we sometimes ship on Saturday mornings.

All shipping is charged at cost as per www.royalmail.com plus a GBP 0.60 packaging fee. *PLEASE NOTE all shipping prices quoted below are a guide and actual cost will depend on thickness, shape, size and weight of your parcel. Please consider this when selecting a service. If you have a large order and select a 'Small Parcel' rate but we can send via the cheaper 'Large Letter' rate then we will refund you the difference. If you select 'Large Letter' but the order is too bulky and we are required to use the 'Small Parcel' service then we cannot send until you have paid the postage balance. This will affect the speed at which we can despatch promptly.

We strongly urge customers to use Royal Mail 'Signed For' service where the package is tracked and insured to the value of £50 all all shipments. If you choose not to use this service as a courtesy we visit the Post Office daily and obtain a 'proof of posting' document. This gives you cover of upto £20. Should the parcel be lost we will supply you with the documentation for YOU to make a claim against Royal Mail.* Parcels sent without a tracked / 'signed for' service are shipped at buyer's own risk.

Items are typically bagged by part number although we will combine different pieces into the same bag. Minifigues are packed seperately. New pieces are packed seperately to Used pieces. Orders are dispatched in new padded envelopes but we will reuse and recycle packaging and boxes if possible.

*Claims for loss must be made within 80 calendar days of the date of posting, or no claim will be entertained. Royal Mail has no legal liability for any loss if at the time of the claim 80 days has expired from the date of posting.
